What areas/locations do you service?We service the Illawarra region, from Stanwell Tops to Kiama Downs (and all of Kiama). This includes all suburbs from the sea to the escarpment within the region displayed on the map.

What's the process?How we work: * After your website or email enquiry, you will be contacted by our friendly office staff within 24 hours to discuss your needs and, if necessary, arrange a time for a site visit. Or skip the wait and call us! * At the site visit, our professional team will collaborate with you to create a project plan and an obligation-free price quote. Within 24 hours, a copy of the quote will be emailed to you, and if you accept the quote, office staff will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date and time to complete the work. * On completion, we will invite you to inspect the project to ensure your needs have been met before payment will be requested via an emailed invoice. Payment is by credit/debit card/electronic funds transfer, with all details included on the invoice. We kindly ask that all accounts are paid within 7 business days. If payment is not made within 14 business days of the date of service, unfortunately this may affect future bookings. * We may ask if you are happy for us to take and publish before & after photos on our website/social media - no obligation! But we would love to feature your beautiful home, business or workplace. * We will also touch base after the project is completed to make sure you're happy, and request feedback - testimonials and positive reviews are the lifeblood of small businesses! What is your price structure? Do you charge by the hour or by the job?When we prepare your quote, we calculate the price by the job. Variables such as the parts of the job required, the size of the space, the condition of the space, waste disposal fees and projected time to complete are some of the factors considered with the price we quote.

Are you licensed and insured?Yes, our ABN is 38 191 950 793, and we are fully insured. A copy of our insurance policy is available upon request.

Do you work with both residential and commercial clients?Yes - our services are available to everyone! We happily provide smaller one-off jobs for residential homes, through to large commercial or strata projects.

Do you accept small, or one-off jobs?Yes - and we'll take as much care of your property, as we do of our own. No job is too big or small.

What background checks have been undertaken by your staff?For your peace of mind, our staff have undergone a National Police Check and a Working With Children Check as a part of the employment process.

Are you a registered provider for NDIS and My Aged Care?Not yet - but we're working on it. Regardless, you can still use our services! We provide tax invoices upon payment, and you are able to claim back the cost of our services from your package with your service provider.

Is a deposit required?For projects under $500, a deposit is not required. For projects over $500, a 50% deposit is required within 3 business days prior to the day the project is commencing. Payment details will be included on the invoice sent to you after you accept the quote.

What payment options are available?We can accept payments via Eftpos, EFT (bank transfer), PayID, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and cash.

Do you offer payment plans?No, we don't offer payment plans. However, PayPal does offer interest-free four-installment payment plans. Please go to the PayPal website for information, and terms and conditions. Any arrangement you make with PayPal will be independent from Letzia Lawn & Garden.

Do you offer timetabled/regular services?Absolutely - and regular services get discounted pricing.

Do you offer discounts?Yes - timetabled/regular services are costed at discounted rates.

What is your cancellation policy?If a project quoted at >$500 is cancelled within 48hrs of the agreed date of commencement, the deposit will be forfeited. We ask for a deposit often to buy materials to complete the project, and this is one reason why we have this policy. If the project is postponed to another date, you will not lose your deposit. Of course, we understand that emergencies or unexpected events can occur, so if you do need to cancel, please call our friendly office staff to discuss how we can help.

What happens if I'm not happy with the job?We take pride in our work, and aim to always leave our clients 100% satisfied. If this isn't the case, please speak to our staff on site before they leave. Alternatively, phone or email us, and we will return as soon as we can to fix the issue free of charge.
